The L.A. Area Chamber, in partnership with local government officials, leading business groups and chambers of commerce leads an annual delegation of more than 200 business leaders and public officials to Washington, D.C., to advocate for Southern California.  Participants meet with members of Congress and the president's administration on key issues. The trip includes a welcome reception, two breakfasts with high ranking Congressional leaders and a marquee evening reception.

Event schedule is subject to change. Keynote speakers, lawmaker briefings and advocacy meetings are confirmed 2-6 weeks in advance due to Congressional legislative calendar. 

Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. The Willard InterContinental is the conference hotel offering a group rate of $359 per night. Space is limited. Cancellations/request for refund must be made in writing prior to the deadline to be considered for refund and are subject to a $50 processing fee.
