Chamber sponsors four education bills
The Chamber is sponsoring four education bills for the 2011 Legislative session. We are co-sponsoring two bills — AB 18 and AB 250 — with the Department of Education, with author Assemblymember Julia Brownley, Chair of the Assembly Education Committee. AB 18 aims to reform the educational finance system in California and AB 250 would begin the implementation process for new state standards.
