Chamber and Co-Conveners hold Pro-Housing Conference to address L.A.'s housing crisis

Tuesday, the Chamber and its co-conveners gathered for a Pro-Housing Conference at the Japanese American National Museum in Little Tokyo to address Los Angeles' housing crisis. The coalition assembled represented diverse facets of housing. The Conference kicked off with a Development Roadmap presented by Mott Smith, laying the groundwork of what it really takes to build in the City of L.A. Following the presentation, Chamber Board Vice Chair Jerry Neuman of Liner LLP moderated a panel on the challenges and realities of building housing in L.A. and California. The heart of the conference was the small working groups where participants discussed and collaborated on potential initiatives and policy changes. We plan to develop these ideas further and hold another Pro-Housing Conference this fall. For more information, contact Olivia LeeSEE THE PHOTOS.
