Citywide Small Business Loan Program
The Los Angeles Citywide Small Business Loan Program focuses on providing capital to existing businesses to help offset the current economic downturn. The program will require borrowing businesses to create new permanent jobs and retain the existing level of employment.

Recovery Act Funds for Energy Efficiency and Solar Projects 
More than $156 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) funds are available for application for energy efficiency and solar projects in California. A package of options under the State Energy Program (SEP) and the Energy Efficient and Conservation Block Grants (EECBG) Program offer local jurisdictions, non-profits and private organizations the opportunity to invest in energy efficiency and photovoltaic energy projects.

California Bonding Assistance Initiative
California has received billions in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding for highway and local street projects. The state's Bonding Assistance Initiative helps small businesses obtain the necessary bond guarantees required to bid on Caltrans construction contracts.

ARC Loans
America’s Recovery Capital (ARC) loans of up to $35,000 are available through the SBA to provide bridge loans to viable small businesses with immediate financial hardship.

SBA 504 Loan Program
Expanding small businesses can use half of their Small Business Administration 504 loans to refinance previously purchased assets such as heavy equipment or machinery.
