L.A. Area Chamber
350 S. Bixel St.
Los Angeles, CA 90017
Join us to hear Councilmember Ed Reyes' priorities as Chair of the Los Angeles City Council Planning and Land Use Management Committee (PLUM). Councilmember Reyes will also present his district's Cornfields Arroyo Specific Plan (CASP), which incorporates mixed-use residential communities, removes parking requirements and increases open space. Hailed as a potential model Transit-Oriented Development plan, the CASP is the nation's first public sector master plan to win certification from the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Neighborhood Development project.
We will also discuss the Chamber's 2013 Advocacy Agenda for Land Use, Construction, and Housing priorities. Join us to provide your insight and voice to this important discussion.
