Much uncertainty still exists over the future of the Eurozone, the leadership transition in China and the prospects for dealing with the U.S. long-term fiscal dilemma. At this meeting, Dr. Ira Kalish of Deloitte LLP will examine these issues and offer his view on the likely path of the global economy. He will discuss the U.S., Europe, China, Japan and Latin America. Dr. Kalish will also discuss the implications for the local economy.

The Global Initiatives Council works to create employment opportunities throughout Southern California by increasing exports, imports and foreign investment for companies of all sizes, and for the communities in which they conduct business.
