Learn how both large and small businesses are improving their ability to recruit, retain and develop a talented workforce by supporting or providing early childhood education programs for employees.

Whether providing a flexible schedule or boosting family subsidy programs, employers are finding ways to increase productivity by offering diverse incentives and options for employees.

The Education & Workforce Development Council leads business community and educator partnerships to reform our public education and develop the 21st century workforce to successfully compete in the global economy. In the current economic climate, the council is focused on job recovery for today's workers while preparing the future workforce.
