Statewide implementation of the Affordable Care Act is moving full steam ahead, affecting access, affordability and quality of health care for millions of Californians and small business owners. Join us to hear from two leading reformers guiding California's health care changes. Janice Rocco, deputy insurance commissioner for health policy, will discuss issues of health insurance regulation and reform important to the business community and Dr. Robert Ross, president and CEO of The California Endowment, will discuss efforts to support increased access to health care in L.A. and how the Affordable Care Act provides incentives to small business owners.
