- Provide a platform where contractors and employers can connect and become aware of training programs and resources available
- Bring awareness to training programs and providers on the green industry's current needs and interests to be better equipped in creating and modeling training programs that will be beneficial to employers
- Discuss anticipated work demands and skills required
