Ani Okkasian coordinates media relations for the Chamber. Prior to receiving her master’s from Georgetown University in the Communication, Culture and Technology program, she worked for the Los Angeles Board of Education as a field director for Board District 3. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at Woodbury University where she teaches transdisciplinary research seminars. She has also served on the University’s governing board as the Alumni Trustee. Okkasian is a L.A. native and a graduate of Southern California Leadership Network's Leadership L.A. fellowship.
