ACCESS SAC

Thank You for Attending ACCESS Sacramento

Thank you for joining the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce for ACCESS Sacramento. This year’s delegation brought together business, community, and civic leaders to engage directly with state policymakers and advocate for priorities shaping the Los Angeles region and California’s economy.

Through a full program of discussions and dozens of advocacy meetings with state leaders, our delegation helped elevate key issues, including economic recovery, housing, workforce development, infrastructure investment, and preparation for upcoming global events. Together, we reinforced the importance of Los Angeles as a driver of statewide growth and innovation. View our Advocacy Agenda

ACCESS Sacramento began with our Pints & Policy reception, featuring an engaging evening conversation with California Attorney General Rob Bonta. He also addressed growing concerns around cargo theft and public safety. The discussion highlighted the importance of civic engagement and the role business leaders play in shaping California’s future.

State Leaders Address AI, Energy, and Housing Policy Priorities
State Senator Ben Allen led a candid discussion on the intersection of artificial intelligence and energy, highlighting how innovation and policy are reshaping how businesses compete and grow. Assemblymember Buffy Wicks shared updates on housing legislation and the importance of increasing supply to support California’s workforce and economic future.

During the morning program, California Transportation Secretary Toks Omishakin joined Chamber President & CEO Maria S. Salinas for a timely fireside chat on infrastructure and mobility.
